Job Title: Sr. Engineer Design

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer Design with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in design engineering, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about engineering design and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis and simulations to validate design effectiveness.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including CAD drawings and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best design practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering.
• Proficient in CAD software and engineering design tools.
