Job Title: Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) Developer

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that enhance our business operations and improve customer engagement.

As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements. You will be involved in customizing and configuring the Dynamics 365 platform to provide optimal user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Dynamics 365 applications based on business needs.
• Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, and workflows within Dynamics 365.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and other integration tools.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through data management best practices.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with C#, JavaScript, and relevant web technologies.
